1/4 cup Vanilla Organic Yogurt 90 cal
Banana 80 cal 4 fiber
400 cal/10 fiber

Lunch:

1 cup Pumpkin Soup 100 cal/5 fiber
4 oz. chicken breast 120 cal
Gala Apple 80 cal 5 fiber
300 cal/700 cal 10/20 fiber

Snacks:
Bobo's Oat's Bar Organic 360 cal/3 fiber
Blue Sky Organic Soda 160 cal
1/4 cup Granola 115 cal/3 fiber
1/4 cup Vanilla Organic Yogurt 45 cal
680/1380 cal/6/26 fiber

Dinner:

1/4 cup Organic Long Grain Brown Rice 170/4 fiber
1/2 c. Tomatos 45 cal 1 fiber
1 tsp. Olive Oil 40 cal
1 oz. Black Beans 25 cal/.5 fiber
4 oz. Chicken Breast 120 cal
400 cal/5.5 fiber

Total:
1780 cal/31.5 fiber

Today I went over a bit more in calories than usual...although all my choices were healthy so I am not worried at all...I was having a couple of issues with low blood sugar today and this is why I ate a bit more...as I am typing this it is 7 PM and I still may have an apple or small snack before bed. I did get alot of fiber today!

Do you feel that your documentation of your food is helping? It really makes you think about everything you eat. You are making really good choices.

Terry, writing down everything makes you feally think about the choices you are putting in your mouth....even if I continue to lose slowly I know I am making the right choices for fueling my body! YEAH! I am learning so much! I am actually interested in researching healthy foods, and how to cook things! LOVE IT! :-)
