This was a wonderful eating day...I felt satisfied allllllllllllll day...even though my calories were a little low, I do think the ey was starting the day out with protein (eggs) I am going to try and eat more eggs because my body responds to them.....I may hard boil some eggs in the morning while baking some chicken! I will definately eat this day of food again.....it's a good thing I don't really ever get tired of eating the same foods over and over.....it's actually easier and kinda comforting knowing WHAT you are going to eat....I really like to plan out my meals! I am feeling much better today! Hope you are all doing well.....have a beautiful day!~

That looks like a good start to your day. 100 less calories than yesterday and better protein. It should keep you going longer.

I really need to start eating eggs again. My only problem is drenching them in ketchup :X

I have to remind myself about eggs too. I had been eating a banana and flax for breakfast. Now that I am back to eggs I started losing weight again.
I try to keep a dozen boiled eggs in the fridge. I did say try, I am not always good at it.
