I like to figure out my menu for the day (especially when I have to work) then there isn't a question what I eat.....if I track it already then I won't back out! I decided to forgo a snack tonight because I got off work late and didn't eat dinner until 7PM (after I baked the squash) instead I used butter and brown sugar which was amazing~ I baked the squash then put the butter and brown sugar in the squash and broiled for 5 min. YUM......it's crazy that I didn't know that I liked squash!

Looks like a pretty good day.
What chicken are you using?
My calculator says 4 oz of chicken breast is 187.
I am going to print out what I want to eat on Thanksgiving so maybe I won't overeat. I need a plan.

Hey Marjie...
I use dailyplate.com to count my calories and 4 oz. of chicken breast says 120 cal. that is what I was going by.....(shrug)

Great menu. I'm curious about the squash-- I've never had it.
