Sour cream lite 2 T 35 cal
4 oz chicken 120 cal
1/2 cup Vanilla Organic Yogurt 90 cal
1/4 cup granola 115 cal/3 fiber
apple 80 cal/2 fiber
550/850 cal 12/16 fiber

6 oz. chocolate Soymilk 100 cal
100/950 cal 16 fiber


I ate the exact same thing for dinner as I did for lunch....it was quick, good and very filling....I adore black bleans! Total for the day shapes up like this!

Looks good. Ugh, I tried switching to salsa when I ate my scrambled eggs. I can't do it, though. I am from Pittsburgh; I need my Heinz ketchup!

You're completely right. Vegan may not be the thing for me, and that's okay. I can still be healthy and eat meat every once in a while. But, the book will make me think twice when I decide to eat it, which is still a good thing I guess :)

I finally cleaned up my RSS feed, is why I'm going so far back in your blog... forgive me!

Suggestion for more bang for your scrambled egg calorie buck - I've been eating 1 whole egg mixed with egg whites. Less calories, more substance and you must have a dog around there that would kiss you to bits to get that leftover egg yolk.
